Where is Robert Marks Today?
In December of 2021, Robert stood trial, and the prosecution contended that he had murdered Lyntell in order to conceal the fact that he was involved with her. A co-worker of Lyntell’s claims that Lyntell made threats to reveal the affair they were having. In addition to this, the prosecution asserted that Robert had been involved with a third lady and had lied to her about his occupation as a doctor. The defence, on the other hand, argued that the case was based solely on circumstantial evidence; the murder weapon was never discovered, and there was no proof that Robert actually had his phone with him at the time of the crime.
In spite of this, the jury decided that Robert was guilty of multiple offences, including murder in the second degree, abduction in the second degree, feticide in the first degree, and aggravated kidnapping of a child. He was given a sentence of life in jail without the chance of parole in February of 2022, when he was 45 years old.
